Last updated: April 2026
Here's what you should know
Use the platform for its intended purpose. Top 10 Dev Training is for security awareness training for your development team. That's it.
Don't abuse it. No scraping, reverse engineering, automated access without permission, or using this platform to train competing AI models.
We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll use good judgment and reach out first whenever possible.
We provide the service as-is. We're a small team doing our best. We can't guarantee uptime, and our liability is limited.
These terms are governed by Alabama law. Disputes would be resolved under the laws of the State of Alabama.

6. Payment and Billing
Training Credits
Access to quizzes, progress tracking, attestations, and compliance reports requires a training credit. Credits are purchased by company administrators as one-time transactions at the rate published on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Each credit may be assigned to one team member.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Payment card data is entered directly into Stripe's hosted interface and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Credit Expiration
Purchased credits must be assigned within 12 months of the purchase date. Once assigned, each credit is valid for 12 months from the date of assignment. Unassigned credits that exceed the 12-month pool window expire automatically. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partially used credit purchases. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at admin at top10devtraining dot com within 30 days of the charge and we will review it promptly.
Credit Management
Company administrators are responsible for assigning credits to team members. A credit may be reassigned to a different team member only if the currently assigned learner has not yet completed a course on that credit. Once a course is completed, the credit is permanently consumed and cannot be unassigned or transferred.
Price Changes
We may change the price for new credit purchases at any time. Previously purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
